1. Diamond Lapping Film Series (1–80 µm)

Description:
XYT™ Diamond Lapping Films deliver superior cutting performance and durability for polishing hard materials such as ceramics, glass, tungsten carbide, and ferrules. The uniformly graded diamond abrasives ensure precise surface control, excellent edge retention, and consistent geometry throughout the polishing process.

2. Aluminium Oxide (Al₂O₃) Lapping Film Series (1–80 µm)

Abrasive: Aluminium Oxide | Backing: PET (3 mil) | Form: Sheet · Disc · Roll

Description:
Ideal for multimode connector and general precision finishing where diamond abrasives are not required. The Al₂O₃ film offers balanced cutting and surface smoothness. High repeatability and long life make it a cost-effective alternative to diamond films.

3. Silicon Carbide (SiC) Lapping Film Series (1–30 µm)

Description:
Engineered for third-stage fiber protrusion and geometry control of MPO/MTP ferrules. The non-flocked PET backing prevents particle shedding, keeping alignment holes and fibers clean and minimizing insertion loss.

  • MPO/MTP ferrule pre-polish or repair

Description:
Ultra-fine polishing films for final finishing of fiber connectors and ferrules. Achieves superior surface smoothness and high return loss. Designed for use with DI water only to prevent chemical residues.
